What files can I send for a quote?

Send STL, STEP/STP, or 3MF (ZIP is best for multiple files). If you don’t have CAD, share clear photos, measurements, and what the part interfaces with—we can often still help.
What information do you need to price and schedule the job?

To quote accurately, we need: quantity, deadline, material preference (if any), and the real-world environment (heat, UV, chemicals, load/impact). For fit-critical parts, tell us which surfaces or holes are “must-match.”
How fast can you turn parts around?

Many jobs ship in days, not weeks. We offer rush options, including 72-hour spares for urgent replacements when feasible based on size, material, and post-processing.
